3. Failure to pass age verification.
4. In cases of suspicious financial activity.
5. At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may contact support at any time to request account closure. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before the account is closed, though this may be suspended during an ongoing investigation.
